Shipping for an order is charged during the normal checkout process. This page is only used to correct the shipping amount that was charged (or not charged) during the checkout of your order. You should only add shipping here if there was an error during checkout, or the required shipping amount has changed since your order was placed.

- and your order contains 1-2 hatchlings, or just 1 subadult to adult, then you would select " I need to pay the $65 shipping fee". Add this to cart, then select the $65 shipping option when you get to the shipping section during checkout.
- If your order contains more than 3 hatchlings, or more than 1 subadult, then select " I need to pay the $75 shipping fee" Add this to cart, then select the $75 shipping option when you get to the shipping section during checkout.
2) If the $65 shipping was charged during checkout, but the order contained more than 3 hatchlings or 1 subadult:
- Select, and add to cart, the "I need to pay for a larger box" option. This will add the $10 price difference to the cart. When you checkout and get to the shipping section, select the "free local pickup" option, so you are only charged the $10.
3) If the $65 shipping was charged during checkout, and you are adding an animal to the previous unshipped order that brings the order total to more than 3 hatchlings or now includes a subadult
- Select, and add to cart, the "I need to pay for a larger box" option. This will add the $10 price difference to the cart. When you checkout and get to the shipping section, select the "free local pickup" option, so you are only charged the $10. please mention that you are adding this animal to a previous order in the order note section to avoid confusion. No need to include the previous order number we'll find it. We ask because each order is processed separately and we have had folks mistakenly think they could get their live animal order shipped for $10 using this correction page before, so the note prevents us from texting you later to question if we need to correct the shipping come shipping day.
4) If no shipping was charged during checkout, and you are adding an animal to the previous unshipped order that brings the order total to more than 3 hatchlings or now includes a subadult.
- Select " I need to pay the $75 shipping fee" Add this to cart, then select the $75 shipping option when you get to the shipping section during checkout. please mention that you are adding this animal to a previous order in the order note section to avoid confusion. No need to include the previous order number we'll find it. We just ask because each order is processed separately, so If there's only one animal in the order but the shipping selection is for the larger box than a single animal, then the note will prevent us from texting you later to question if we need to correct the shipping come shipping day.
